My work is devoted to supporting women through life’s many transitions and challenges. Through somatic yoga, breath work, and nervous system regulation practices I guide you back into connection with yourself on a deeper, more embodied level. I create safe spaces to slow down, soften stress patterns, and allow space for what is ready to be felt and released. We work together finding inner balance, cultivate empowerment to live authentically — in alignment with your truth and intuition.

My journey

Born and raised in The Netherlands, my journey into movement and body awareness began at a young age through dance. In my twenties, I found yoga while searching for a deeper connection between movement, breath, and inner balance. Years of dedicated practice and deep learning followed and at one point I felt a strong calling to share what I had been learning. Completing my first teacher training marked the beginning of a new chapter — one rooted in following my passion and supporting others on their journey back to themselves.

Since 2011, I’ve guided people through group classes, private programs, workshops, and retreats, creating spaces for self-discovery, healing, and deeper connection. My work combines yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, and guided visualisation with a strong focus on nervous system regulation, embodiment, and personal growth.

My teaching style is gentle yet grounding, offering practices that help calm the mind, reconnect with the body, and cultivate a sense of inner safety and strength. I believe the body holds deep wisdom, and through conscious movement and breath we can begin to soften patterns of stress, reconnect with our authentic selves, and move through life with greater ease and presence.

The last few years, I’ve continued to deepen my experience in trauma awareness, tantra, women’s health, and nervous system regulation. Today, my work is devoted to supporting women through life’s many transitions and challenges. I offer spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and return to a deeper sense of trust, softness, and inner strength.

I'm currently completing a Yoga Therapy Training (625hrs) at Yoga Therapy Institute in Amsterdam to deepen my knowledge and practice even further.
