Allow yourself to evolve
1:1 coaching over a longer period of time is the most personal and transformative way to work with me It creates space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and gently explore what you are holding onto — and what you may be ready to release, in your own time and at your own pace.
I work with a variety of embodied and coaching techniques, including breathwork, somatic yoga, sound, guided visualisations, nervous system regulation, and reflective inquiry. My approach is trauma-informed, gentle and grounded. We work together in a way that feels safe and supportive for you, with every step happening in alignment with your needs.
What to expect
During an individual session, you receive my full attention and guidance. I create a safe and relaxed space where you can fully be yourself, allowing you to meet and feel whatever is most important in the moment.
The session lasts approximately 1.5 - 2 hours and is fully tailored to your needs and intentions. We begin with an intake, where we explore your intention for the session. From there, we move into an active practice on the mat, followed by an integration phase where you are invited into deep relaxation and given space for everything that has arisen to settle and unfold. At the end, there is time to share and reflect on your experience.
Every 1:1 session is a deep guided journey back to yourself.
The sessions take place via zoom, at your home in the The Hague (NL) or in my studio in Cómpeta (ES).
