I’m a somatic yoga and breathing coach.

In the past years I’ve guided many people in group classes, 1 on 1 programs and retreats on a journey to a deeper connection to themselves.

My programs have a strong focus on regulating the nervous system, embodiment and personal growth

Grounded and conscious

Born and raised in The Netherlands, my journey into movement and body awareness began at a young age through dance. My transition into yoga came in my twenties, as I sought a deeper connection between movement, breath, and inner balance. After seven years of yoga practice I felt the longing to share what i'd been learning on this path. I completed my first Teacher Training and began a new chapter in my life - choosing to follow my passion and supporting people on their journey back to their natural selves.

Since 2012  I've been sharing yoga as a path to self-discovery, acceptance, surrender, and inner peace. My classes are designed to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, guiding students into meditative states. My teaching style is gentle yet grounding blending classic yoga principles, body awareness practices, and breath work into a practice that meets people where they are.

I'm currently completing a Yoga Therapy Training (625hrs) at Yoga Therapy Institute in Amsterdam to deepen my knowledge and practice even further.
